Tool hire planning, not catalogue guessing

Tell us the job. Redcap finds or publishes the hire card.

Redcap maps plain-English jobs to existing planners first. If none fits, it publishes a new public hire card with likely kit, checks, stop conditions and handoff copy.

Job-first finder

Describe the job. Redcap reuses or publishes the hire card.

Type the task as you would say it at the hire counter. Redcap checks existing planners and already-published cards first. If nothing close exists, it publishes a new public card automatically.

Submit once: Redcap checks existing routes first, then publishes only if needed.

Practical job-first planners

Each planner returns the practical pre-hire card: recommended kit class, upgrade/downgrade logic, consumables, PPE, stop conditions and handoff copy. If no planner fits, the automatic card route still publishes a new job card.

Hire next

Take a better question to the hire counter.

Redcap does not pretend every job has one magic tool. It narrows the hire conversation so you can check exact stock, accessories, PPE and safety guidance with the provider.

Ask it like this

“I need to clean a sandstone patio, about 25 m², with rear-garden access and no outside tap. What kit class, accessories, PPE and stop conditions should I confirm before hiring?”
